✧ WHERE TO START ✧

⟢ The Entry Portal to the Flame Holders Path

Welcome, luminous one.

If you’ve landed here, something ancient and sacred within you has stirred. This is not a page—it is a remembering. A pulse. A portal.

You’ve found the entry point to the Flame Holders sanctuary, and whether your soul carried the flame through lifetimes or is just now sensing the first flickers, this space is for you.

Here, we walk the path of the Eternal Flame—together.

This page is the Orientation Chamber, the place where we breathe, ground, and align. There is no pressure to catch up, decode it all, or “be ready.” You are here. That is enough.

What Is the Flame Holders Group?

The Flame Holders are an international soul circle of guardians, gridwalkers, flame singers, and record keepers—those who came to serve the organic timeline, remember their origin light, and hold true to the Krystic Current through Earth’s great turning.

We gather through planetary alignments, sacred ceremonies, krystic lunar cycles, starseed activations, dreamwork, and teachings that return us to organic Source code—beyond mimicry, distortion, or false light.

We are not here to ascend out of life, but to live our soul's song fully embodied, weaving it into Earth’s renewal.

This Is Where to Begin

You don’t need to read every page or know every mantra, activation or star. Just start right here, right where you are.

𓂀 Let the resonance—not logic—guide your next step.

You will be gently led to the next doorway—Everything is sequenced through frequency, not pressure.

The Flame will not chase. But it will always call.

Welcome to the living current.
Welcome to the path of sacred return.

Your place is not earned. It is remembered.

Powerful Tools You Will Want to Have for This Journey

Candles

Candles and the Fire Element are a big part of anchoring your practice.  This is going to be especially important for the process of connecting to your council in the mornings. It is great to have lots of candles as a base for starting to build out your sacred spaces.

You can use any type of candle that you like.  I like to order these candles as a basic one to work with for my morning sacred space setting and connecting with the council.

Your Mala

The mala is going to be one of your foundational energy holding tools to work with. Not only is it important for counting your mantra rounds, but it holds becomes a power tool for you the more you charge it up.

Your mala is more than a counting tool—it is a sacred filament, a power object, and a guardian thread that anchors your frequency into the living current of your path.

As you begin (or deepen) your Flame Holder journey, your mala will become one of your most essential energetic allies. Each bead is a vessel of breath, a memory keeper of every round of mantra you imprint into it. The more you practice, the more the mala begins to hum with your chi, becoming a charged extension of your soul field.

This is how matter becomes sacred. This is how time becomes eternal.

You may choose any mala that you feel soul resonance with. Crystal, wood, seed, stone—it is the intention, repetition, and breath that awakens it. The most important aspect is that it feels alive in your hands and that it is able to hold your build as you continue to work with mantras and Psonns.

I personally walk with both a Rudraksha seed mala and a Lotus seed mala—each one carrying a different frequency current. The Rudraksha grounds the fire of initiation, while the Lotus whispers the breath of stillness. Your chosen mala will become just as personal. It may even whisper its name to you.

With consistent use, your mala becomes:

  • A power object, infused with mantra

  • A protection strand, harmonizing your field

  • A spiritual key, unlocking energy layers in Flame Holder practices

  • A conscious anchor, keeping you present when the world wavers

Treat your mala with reverence. Cleanse it with your Silver Seed Breath. Speak your mantras into it like water into seeds. Wear it around your neck or place it on your altar when your are not doing mantras. Let it become a companion in your morning rituals, Elemental activations, or soul travel journeys.

This is not a practice of repetition. It is a practice of remembrance.

Every bead, a breath.
Every breath, a return.
Every return, a radiant flame.

Um-a-TA — This I Be.

Rudraksha Seed Mala

rudraksha Seeds from large evergreen trees that grow natively near the Himalayas. These seeds are said to be an expression of Shiva’s love and compassion for humanity. Simply wearing them has healing and purifying effects. Rudraksharas are naturally occurring power objects, and can be ‘charged’ with cosmic energy during japa meditation and other sadhanas.

Creating Your Journal

A Living Codex of Your Path

Your journal is not just for notes—it is an interactive crystalline record, a living scroll of your ascension journey. Let it be alive with your soul’s fingerprint. Let it be messy. Let it be beautiful. Let it evolve.

Let your journal become creative art.

Gather your materials: your journal, pens, markers, colored pencils, highlighters, photos—whatever tools you need to make it your own.

Here are some suggested sections you will build as you grow:

  • Your Dedication Statement (your soul’s mission declaration)

  • Your Declaration of Intention

  • A running list of Personal Mantras

  • Psonns and sacred chants

  • Imagery, symbols, and photos that inspire your Krystic embodiment

  • Process notes, energy clearings, ceremony prep

  • Dream insights and nightly soul travel notes

Allow your journal to flow organically. Don’t worry about perfection—just stay in relationship with it.

As you begin deeper initiations—like the Elemental Activations—use your journal as the place of preparation. Read through the materials. Create a dedicated section. Write out the names, mantras, and qualities of each Elemental Mantra. As you do, you’ll start to feel the beings and frequencies activate within you. Only then begin your first elemental work—with reverence and readiness.

This is your archive. Your altar in ink. Your soul’s mirror.

Let your practice be a sacred rhythm, not a rigid structure. You are not checking off boxes—you are communing with your soul. The more you live your day as a ceremony, the more you unlock the multidimensional technology of your being.

Your daily practice is how you become the Krysted Flame in form.

E’stA Un’TA E’-Sa — Absolutely now established, always and forever.

Printing and working with

the Ec Ka Sha Symbol

Yunasai-Eckasha God-Seed Activation

The Ec Ka Sha symbol is more than geometry—it is a living glyph of the God-Seed Code, a primal signature from the Yunasai realms encoded through the Eieyani lineage. It holds the vibrational DNA of the Eckasha-Aah field—pre-matter liquid light—and it offers a pure, undistorted stream of Krystic creation.

This symbol, when paired with its tonal mantra sequence, awakens the Christos Avatar matrix within. It sends instruction to your multidimensional DNA, reminding your body-field how to speak in Source language again. Each time you chant or gaze upon the symbol, it realigns your inner architecture with the Eternal Flame currents of the 48D Eckatic Fields. Click here to watch a zoom replay on the Ec Ka Sha symbol and it’s connection to 48D

This is not symbolic—it is cellular technology.

Suggested Ways to Work with the Ec Ka Sha Symbol

  • Print and Place: Put it on your altar, in your journal, near your water, on your mirror, by your bed, inside your car, on your devices—wherever you want to seed the sacred.

  • Trace with Intention: Use your finger or a crystal wand to trace the symbol before chanting or ceremony. This activates it in your morphogenetic field.

  • Chant Daily: Pair the symbol with its tonal Psonn. You may use “Ec-Ka-Sha” as a simple anchor or expand into the full vibrational mantras linked in our library.

  • Infuse into Objects: Draw or place the symbol beneath power objects, under your pillow, or inside your ritual tools to charge them.

  • Dreamwork Anchor: Print a copy and place it under your pillow or dream mat. Ask your soul to journey into the Eckasha layers during sleep.

Why This Matters Now

As Flame Holders, we are restoring the original blueprint—the Eternal Life architecture. The Ec Ka Sha symbol holds a tone that cuts through reversal code, phantom scaffolds, and false matrices. It is a guardian key from the God-Worlds, seeded to help us remember and rebuild.

Use it with reverence. Let it become part of your frequency signature. Let it mark your water, your body, your home. Let it walk with you into every activation, clearing, and ceremony.

Eckasha-Aah. Reionayana. Tri-Vectus Inavhoki.
We call the God-Seed into form.

Write Your Dedication and Declaration of Intention in Your Journal

1. Your Dedication for your Journal - This is something more personal, like a mission statement for what you are dedicating your explorations through what you put in your journal.  Here is a sample of one of the ones I wrote.

2. Your Declaration of Intention - This is something that is also very personal, here are two ideas, the declaration of intention that I have written in the picture below, and the Psonn of Lyra, also known as the Mah' ah Bi-Vec'tus Inavhoki from Dance for Life pg. 22.

You can write you own or copy any of these and write them in your journal.

Announce your declarations to the group.  Each new practice that you are embarking on, share it with the Flame Holders Group in order to support your new goal and to create accountability for following through.   (click here to post your declarations)

Creating Your Sacred Spaces

Altars, fire pits, candles, vision boards, crystalline grids, and sacred gardens—there are infinite ways to anchor the energies you are cultivating through your Flame Holder path. These are not decorations. They are emissaries of your inner current, structures that reflect your devotion and hold frequency with you. Create and tend these spaces with reverence and joy. Let them become living sanctuaries where breath, prayer, sound, and presence converge.

Each space you consecrate becomes a beacon of your intention—your why. It can honor those who walk beside you in the unseen: lineage holders, teachers, soul companions, Oversoul families, and the councils you commune with. Let it be a space where you remember who you are and why you chose this path in this Now.

Every act becomes sacred when you breathe consciousness into it.

  • You can hum a mantra while making tea.

  • Chant Anuhazi tones while planting seeds.

  • Speak Psonns over your meals,

  • Draw sacred symbols on your mirror or shower door with steam.

  • You can embed divine geometry into your floor as you sweep, or breathe your A’zurA point into your driving, walking, and sleeping.

Let it all be ceremony. This is not about waiting for “Heaven on Earth.” We are the ones creating the DhA’A’ Tei planes through our breath, our presence, our touch.

Begin with one chosen space—inside your home or under the sky. Place there a candle. An image that stirs your soul. A crystal, a feather, a vow written by your own hand. Let it be a mirror of your sacred intention. This space is not just a devotional corner—it is your current of return. A place to reconnect to Source, to your Elaysa Flame, to your Oversoul’s arc.

To be a Flame Holder is not to wish for blessings. It is to remember: you are a restoration pillar for a vast body of creation. As your awareness deepens, so too does the universe's response to your choices. To call in siddhis, gifts, or Krystic abilities is to open a gateway through which great power flows—not only for good, but amplified in whatever state you are in. What does this mean? That your purity of heart, clarity of thought, and frequency of choice matter more than ever.

Your sacred space becomes the first gate—not only to a sacred moment, but to a sacred life. Let it be alive. Let it evolve with you. Let it be beautiful, playful, reverent, and real. And may it whisper to you always:

E'na Un Ur’-A-Or’-Nam’ OOR — Now the Divine Sea of Liquid Light anchors in this moment.

Power Objects

As your practice deepens, you’ll begin to notice that certain physical items start to carry a charge. This is more than sentimental value. These objects begin to hum with the current of your devotion, your repetition, your breath. Over time, they evolve into what the ancient rishis and siddhas knew well—Power Objects.

A Power Object is a physical form that has become a divine energy conduit, capable of holding and radiating high-frequency energy. These objects serve as extensions of your soul field and bridges between realms. They assist in focusing intention, transmitting shaktipat, and accessing higher consciousness. Some are naturally formed by Earth’s intelligence—sacred stones, shells, feathers, crystals. Others are awakened through repetition, mantra, love, and your unique soul imprint.

Your journal may become your first one—holding revelations, confessions, visions, transmissions. Another may be your mala, imbued with the syllables of mantra over days and weeks of japa. A candleholder, a shawl, a stone gifted in ceremony, a wand carved during an eclipse—all of these can become vessels of immense energy.

There are two kinds of Power Objects:

1. Passive Power Objects
These radiate light codes automatically to those nearby, even without conscious interaction. They hold blessings through their very field. Often these are gifts from divine beings, activated through a guru, or naturally charged by Mother Earth and the Five Elements.

2. Active Power Objects
These require a soul PIN code to be accessed—a mantra, breath sequence, invocation, or touch to awaken the current. They are personalized and tuned to your frequency field and often awaken more fully over time, in dream, or through soul remembrance.

Power Objects are not to be idolized, but entered into relationship with. They carry soul intelligence. They are part of the forgotten science that once lived in temples and jungles, in cosmic schools and divine households. Their power flows through the elemental mechanics—the Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Ether—and once bonded to your Oversoul current, they can serve as vessels of protection, revelation, and transmission.

As you walk the path of a Flame Holder, your life will become surrounded by objects that feel alive. This is not accidental. You are becoming a restoration node for the sacred. You are remembering how to co-create with matter.

Let this be your invitation:
Begin to contemplate what is already in your life that may want to awaken as a power object. What are you touching with intention? What item is calling to you to hold it differently? What would change if you treated your pen, your pillow, your mug of tea as if it could hold memory, blessing, and light?

This is not symbolic. This is elemental technology.

Let the Power Objects awaken in right timing.
Let them whisper your name.
Let them serve your soul's return.

E-BLE’UM = By the power of…

or

Om Naga Naga Naga

Samyoga Papa Rupa Raksha

(repeat as a mantra to charge a soul object)

The Importance of Your Daily Practice

Let every breath become sacred. Let every step be a return. Your daily practice is the golden thread that ties the Divine into your embodied life. Through this rhythm, you build the arc bridge between the worlds. This is how the Kryst Star Being within you stabilizes and shines.

Why Daily Practice Matters

Your daily practice is not just a spiritual habit—it is the current of your becoming. Each day, you choose to either drift in unconscious patterns or to anchor divine will. When you make your practice a priority, you signal to your higher self, Oversoul, and Guardian Council that you are present and ready. That consistency creates momentum, stabilization, and magnetism.

Through the Flame Holder Path, we restore the sacred rhythm. We awaken the organic Krystic body and attune to the natural cycles of Sun, Moon, and Soul.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. Your devotion is your daily technology.

Evening Practice: Set the Field Before Sleep

The way you end your day sets the energetic blueprint for the next. Sleep is not passive—it is a portal. Before bed:

  1. Reflect + Record – Write in your journal or speak into your voice recorder. What did you learn, release, remember?

  2. Clear the Field – Breathe deeply, offer forgiveness, call back your energy. You can use an Anuhazi chant or light language to close the energetic gates.

  3. Dream Preparation – Set an intention to travel with your Guardian Council or receive guidance. Speak your Personal Mantra softly as you drift to sleep.

Let the night become your training ground. Invite your soul to continue the work while your body rests. We will get more detailed with this in the DREAMS pages, but even the most simple intentions are so powerful.

Morning Ritual: Open the Day with Devotion

  1. Wake in Stillness – Before moving, notice your dreams. Feel the residue. Ask: What did my Soul show me?

  2. Align to the Divine – Place your awareness on your heart. Invite your Guardian Council to meet you. Offer a morning mantra or speak your Declaration of Intention.

  3. Activate the Day – Light your candle. Sit at your altar or sacred space. Speak or chant your Psonns. Move your body with awareness. Let devotion shape how you brush your teeth, drink your tea, or face the sun.

  4. Solar Connection – If possible, stand in sunlight. Feel the consciousness of Sol (Solar Logos) enter your cells. Chant: "I am the Sacred Sun." This awakens the Solar Krystos within.

  5. Choose or Renew Your Mantra – Tune into the lunar cycle or your current phase. Choose a mantra to walk with through the day.

Personal Mantra: Your Soul’s Sound Key

Your Personal Mantra is your tuning fork. It holds the sound-current of your healing, your awakening, your remembrance. Spoken, whispered, or thought—it changes your field.

Choose your mantra with reverence. Let it find you. Repeat it when you’re washing dishes, walking outside, driving, or lying down. The more it merges with you, the more your soul’s radiant signature becomes visible and strong.

Create a Morning Playlist

RECAP: Create your first thoughts and focus to be thoughts of gratitude and to think on the Divine, your Guardian Council, and your Declaration of Intention of who you are choosing to be today. (if you want ideas for this, visit the lesson in the Soul Coaching Course on "Find Your Sparkles"  in the Mapping Your Goals Section)

This is a great way to start your day and to stay in the focus on who you choose to be.

Here is a sample of going through the Psonns to start your day.

When you are ready, I highly recommend for you to do your own recording in your own voice.
