Let Your Journal Be Creative Art

Of all the things to get, your spiral journal may be the most important one.  It is your ultimate power object for helping you with ALL the different things that you will be doing.  It will be your go to for everything.  Pick one that you love. 

Get your Journal and all the writing items you will need to complete the next steps. 

Some of the things you will add is 

  • Your dedication (like a mission statement)

  • Your declaration of intention 

  • Mantras

  • Psonns

  • Images

  • Processes and clearings

Dedication and Declaration of Intention

Your Dedication for your Journal - This is something more personal, like a mission statement for what you are dedicating your explorations through what you put in your journal.  

2. Your Declaration of Intention - This is something that is also very personal, here are two ideas, the declaration of intention that I have written in the picture below, and the Psonn of Lyra, also known as the Mah' ah Bi-Vec'tus Inavhoki from Dance for Life pg. 22. 

You can write you own or copy any of these and write them in your journal. ​
